I’m a husband, father, lifelong North Melbourne supporter, and someone who has spent more than 30 years working in marketing, sales, business development, and helping businesses grow.

Over the years, I’ve worked with start-ups, established businesses, and people trying to build something better for themselves and their families. Along the way, I’ve noticed something interesting.

More often than not, they succeed because they keep showing up, keep learning, and keep improving one step at a time.

That’s a lesson I’ve seen repeated throughout my career, and it’s one of the reasons I started this blog.

Beyond Business

While I enjoy business and marketing, the most important part of my life has always been family.

My wife and daughters have taught me more about patience, perspective, and what truly matters than any business book ever could.

Some of my favourite memories have nothing to do with work at all. They’re the road trips, weekends away, family adventures, and countless hours spent following the North Melbourne Kangaroos together.

Those experiences remind me that building a business is important, but building a life you enjoy is even more important.
